All Packages are priced as a School site license – Please contact Eberhard Scheu for pricing on custom designed packages, single user or County site licenses.
1) IT Approval
On our website, click the Download tab, where you will find a PC, MAC and Klett-Perthes Demo version for your IT test requirements.
2) What is the exact content of the package I’m ordering?
Click above on Map List with Thumbnails. You will see the category, name and thumbnail picture of the map. Replace the state map with your specific state. Please note that any custom or local maps listed are not included and are only examples of custom maps we can add to district or multiple school site licenses.
3) Customize your package
Individual packages can be customized to your curriculum requirements with add-on packages only. For example, if you teach World History up to 1500 in middle schools in your district, you would add this 54 map collection for $149 to the basic middle school package. With the purchase of 4 or more licenses, we will create each package to your specifications and exact curriculum needs and provide a quote accordingly. Contact Eberhard Scheu for more details on custom mapping or district licenses.
4) Order description for purchasing
Specify the state, package, operating system and school name the license should be issued to. For example – eMapshop New York Basic Elementary MAC Package for Wilson Middle School. List any add-on packages and price separately for example - Klett-Perthes World & Human Geography add-on DVD $499.
5) Purchase orders
P.O. should be issued to Globe & Map Shop, LLC and mailed to – 11634 Busy Street – Richmond, VA 23236. You can also fax your order to 804-378-0330.
6) Training
Click on Interactive Demos tab and watch the tutorials on using Adobe Reader 9 or 10 and learn how to mark-up and annotate your maps. Look for more tutorials in the near future on how to save and export your mark-up maps. These videos are intended to give teachers and students the tools to get the most out of the eMapshop.
